Policies

Registration & Billing

  • Initial Registration and Tuition: Classic Gymnastics registration and initial tuition are due upon signup. Annual registration is due every January 1st and is processed through AutoBill. No refunds or exchanges are available.
 
  • Billing Setup: Billing is set up for automatic withdrawal via Visa, MasterCard, or eCheck. Tuition will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month. If a payment is declined, a $25.00 late fee will be applied if a balance remains after the 15th of the month. You can access your account at any time to process a payment. Monthly tuition and event registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Class Discontinuation Policy

  • 2-Week Drop Policy: A 14-day notice is required to discontinue a class. This notice must be provided through email, voicemail, or written notice. Verbal communication to staff will not be accepted. Please contact us at 209-832-5554 or info@classicgymnastics.net. Confirmation must be received from the owner, Jenny Y.
 

Makeup Classes

  • Absence Makeup: Makeup classes are scheduled only for absences due to illness and are subject to availability. Report your absence to the office within 2 days of the missed class and schedule your makeup within 30 days of the absence. You must be an active member to schedule a makeup, and makeups do expire—please check your account.
 

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Arriving Late: If your child arrives 15 minutes late or more to class, they will not be allowed to participate due to safety concerns and to avoid disrupting the class.
  • Holidays: Classic Gymnastics will be closed for certain holidays throughout the year. No makeups will be given for gym closures as outlined in the current calendar year.

Communication

  • Contact Information: Please keep your email and contact information up to date with the front office. We communicate many activities, changes, and special events via email. If you do not receive an email from us on a monthly basis, please check in with the office or log into your account.
  • Website & App: Visit our website at www.classicgymnastics.net or use our mobile app (iClassPro app, organization: Classic).
 

Gymnast Dress Code & Conduct

  • Girls Dress Code: Leotard, gym shorts, or leggings (no t-shirts, no tights with feet, no crop tops or sports bras only).
  • Boys Dress Code: Gym shorts (no pockets) & t-shirt, sweat pants.
  • Hair: Long hair must be pulled back in a ponytail or bun.
  • Jewelry: No jewelry is allowed except small stud earrings. No chewing gum.
  • Behavior Expectations: If your child is not behaving in class (not listening, hitting other children, using unkind words), they may be asked to sit out of class for 5 minutes. If this occurs, please discuss appropriate behavior with your child. If the behavior continues, your child may be asked to leave the class.

Parent Area & Gym Floor Conduct:

Gymnasts must stay in the parent area until called out onto the floor to begin class. Children are not allowed in the gym area until instructed to do so. After class, please ensure your child returns to the parent area and remains there until picked up. A late pickup fee of $10 per 15 minutes will apply if you are late.

  • Spectator Rules: Spectators (parents, siblings, etc.) are not allowed on the gym floor or any equipment at any time. Please keep children off the fencing and avoid throwing items from the parent area into the gym.
  • Prohibited Items: No flash photography, no pets, and no coaching from the parent area.
 

Liability & Safety

  • Responsibility for Personal Items: Classic Gymnastics is not responsible for left, lost, or stolen items.
  • Safety Notice: Participation in gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, and other Classic Gymnastics activities involves risks such as falling, jumping, landing, height, and motion. By participating, you accept these risks and are responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses.
